cricxo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These are the only supported payment channels. cricxo does not currently accept international bank transfers, credit cards, or any cryptocurrency payment methods.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. cricxo reserves the right to amend these limits at any time, with notice provided through the platform.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to the Player's cricxo account balance within seconds of confirmed receipt. cricxo is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's mobile financial service provider, network outages, or incorrect transaction references entered by the Player.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 60 minutes of submission, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. cricxo reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests that trigger risk or fraud monitoring thresholds. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the cricxo account holder.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification to cricxo's satisfaction. Any bonus funds credited to the account must have satisfied their applicable wagering requirements before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. cricxo reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus amounts that have not met their conditions from the withdrawable balance.
Note: cricxo does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside cricxo's control.
cricxo may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including the eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and validity periods. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Decisions made by cricxo in relation to bonus abuse are final.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not had their wagering conditions met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from the Player's account upon expiry. cricxo will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.
All bets and wagers placed on cricxo are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet selections, stakes, and options before confirming a wager. cricxo will not cancel or amend a confirmed bet due to Player error, change of mind, or misunderstanding of game rules.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on cricxo. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, Player account tier, and promotional status. cricxo reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at its discretion.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's account in the following circumstances: the event on which the bet was placed is cancelled or abandoned; the bet was placed at an erroneous price due to a technical fault; or the game or market is determined to have been affected by integrity issues identified by cricxo or a third-party monitoring body.
All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, Bangladesh national team fixtures, T20 World Cup, and other ICC-sanctioned events — are governed by the individual market rules displayed on the relevant betting page.
